Job DescriptionJob Title: Project Manager - Assets & LifecycleLocation: Hereford County Hospital, HR1 2ER£41 - 43k Salary per annum40 Hours a week over 5 daysJob IntroductionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the asset management workstream, ensuring the accurate verification, condition assessment, and transfer readiness of all physical assets under the contract. This role is critical in providing assurance that asset information is robust, validated, and aligned with contractual and technical requirements ahead of transition back to the Trust.You will oversee asset data validation, lifecycle reconciliation, and technical due diligence, working closely with operational teams and stakeholders to support a smooth and compliant handback.
