You will be joining a collaborative site that values rigour, accountability, and right‑first‑time execution.Your new roleAs a QA Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining GMPpliance across site quality operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Reviewing batch manufacturing and packaging documentation to ensure accuracy,pleteness, and GMPpliance
2. Performing detailed document and data review to support batch disposition and release activities
3. Managing and supporting investigations, including deviations, CAPAs, and root cause analysis
4. Coordinating and assessing change controls in line with internal procedures and regulatory expectations
5. Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
6. Liaising closely with Manufacturing, QC, and Supply Chain to resolve documentation and quality issues
7. Supporting audit readiness and contributing to inspection preparation activities
What you’ll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will need:
8. 5–8 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role within pharmaceutical manufacturing
9. Strong hands‑on experience with batch record review and GMP documentation
10. Proven experience managing deviations, CAPAs, and change control processes
11. Solid working knowledge of EU/UK GMP requirements and data integrity principles
12. Experience operating within a regulated quality system environment (electronic or paper‑based)
13. High attention to detail and the ability to managepeting priorities to deadlines
14. Confidentmunication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally in an on‑site setting
