What You'll Do
* Lead on SEND provision with purpose, enthusiasm and vision
* Work closely with teachers, parents and external agencies
* Identify needs early and ensure high-quality interventions
* Promote a culture of inclusion and high expectations
* Champion the success and wellbeing of our pupils with SEND
