Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to Year 1 pupils, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and encouragement to progress in their phonics and reading skills

- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing

Qualifications:

- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
