The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage the entire conveyancing process for residential and commercial properties from initiation to completion * Handle a portfolio of complex cases, ensuring each transaction adheres to legal requirements and timelines * Demonstrate a deep understanding of property law, regulations, and local conveyancing procedures * Provide expert advice to clients on legal matters related to property transactions, including title searches, zoning issues, and contractual obligations * Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and transfer documents * Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation, minimising the risk of errors or discrepancies * Advise clients on any legal implications or risks associated with the property being conveyed * Perform title searches and examinations to verify the legal ownership of properties and identify any encumbrances or restrictions * Address any title-related issues and work towards resolving them efficiently * Collaborate with other legal professionals, paralegals, and support staff to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the conveyancing department Requirements: * CLC qualification * Previous experience in a similar role * Strong organisational and time-management skills * Excellent communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
