Whether you’re looking to overhaul the industry, or just do a good day’s work, we know that everyone here at Veolia can help us work alongside our communities, look after the environment, and contribute to our inclusive culture.What you'll be doing;Working closely with the Internal teamsManage processes for Veolia Commercial sub- contracted services,Undertake pro-active customer terminations and suspension requestsTake ownership of customer survey responses, reviewing these regularlyPro-actively contact Camden customers when services fail, e.g bad deliveries or collectionsWork with the Comms team to deliver new assets and mail outsWork with the Commercial Portfolio manager and Project Manager to develop additional pro-active processesComplete contract processing for the Sales Officers including liaising with Customer Servicesand Credit Admin teams to ensure there are no delays to contract set upsTake ownership of all contract changes that are no- value or revenue decreasesManage our pre-pay customer listconvert pre-pay customers that have regular order patterns to be on a scheduled contractSupport the Senior Sales Officer and Internal Account Executive with site visits and riskassessmentsUndertake cold calling for potential customers that are hard to reach from field salesProvide assistance to the Senior Sales Officer at eventsWhat we are looking for;Essential:Relationship managementExperience of working in a commercial waste environmentAble to lead by exampleExperience of dealing with customers directlyStrong communication skills both written and verbalProactive approach to dealing with customersProven track record of meeting or exceeding targetsIT competencyDesirable:Waste industry knowledge and processesCustomer Service experienceWhat’s next?Apply today, so we can make a difference for generations to come.We're proud to have been named as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for three consecutive years in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
