Main duties of the job
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensures that all hospital facilities meet regulatory health and safety standards to maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
* Fire Compliance: Monitors fire safety protocols, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices to mitigate risks.
* Contract Management: Oversees the CBRE contract, ensuring service levels are met and costs are effectively controlled.
* Operational Efficiency: Directly line‑manages porters and housekeepers, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations that contribute to patient care and hospital cleanliness.
