As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating memories they’ll treasure forever. This role is perfect for someone with experience in a similar position who thrives on delivering exceptional service.
This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis : we want to make sure it works with your lifestyle, however, our shift patterns will be flexible.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Welcoming and hosting guests from check-in to check-out, offering advice on local sights, restaurant bookings, or simply sharing a friendly chat.
2. Building meaningful relationships with your colleagues, many of our team members become lifelong friends.
3. Ensuring every guest has a seamless, memorable experience.
4. Collaborating across departments, we’re one team, and everyone pitches in when needed.
5. Maintaining a healthy life/work balance while being flexible to support your team.
