Color Mixer Specialist Job Description
Color Mixer Specialists tint and mix paint to customer specifications. They work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. They are also responsible for staying updated on product features and maintaining high quality and visual standards of the products and store. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and meeting the store's sales goals.
The selected individual will work at Store #3051, located at 14450 N. 60th Street, Stillwater, MN 55082. This is a part-time position.

Job Duties
1. Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately.
2. Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
3. Prepare drawdowns for customer submission.
4. Maintain and repair equipment as needed.
5. Keep precise work order files and formulas.
6. Pull products from shelves or warehouse.
7. Stock shelves and set up displays.
8. Clean store equipment.
9. Load and unload delivery trucks.
10. Assist in deliveries if needed.
11. Help customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products/services.
12. Process sales transactions accurately.
13. Maintain a stocked and presentable environment.
14. Stay informed about products and discuss options with customers.
15. Follow inventory control procedures.
16. Suggest ways to improve sales.
Minimum Requirements
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodations.
* Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* If internal, must have a 'meets expectations' rating and completed required HR courses.
Preferred Qualifications
* Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
* High School diploma or GED.
* At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
* Experience selling paint and related products.
* Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
* Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish.
