Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Accounts and Outsourcing, located in Salisbury. The Assistant Manager will oversee accounts, manage outsourcing functions, prepare financial statements, implement accounting policies, and ensure compliance with regulations. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, supervising junior staff, conducting financial reviews, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
* Experience in managing outsourcing functions and client relationships
* Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Relevant qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* Experience in a similar role within Public Practice or industry
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
