marriott international’s managed hotels in the central london cluster seek a dynamic, creative, and customer-focused cluster sales manager for our five properties:
* London Marriott Hotel County Hall
* London Marriott Hotel Kensington
* London Marriott Hotel Maida Vale
* London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch
* London Marriott Hotel Regents Park
The cluster sales manager is responsible for managing key accounts and generating new business within the cluster, focusing on sports and entertainment. The goal is to drive sales across all business segments, proactively managing relationships with stakeholders and working with hotels to meet revenue targets.
The role provides sales support at both cluster and property levels.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in the property/hospitality industry with a record of excellent performance
* Multi-property experience is advantageous but not essential
* Flexibility in working hours and location, with good time management skills
* Location: London
Core Work Activities
Sales and Marketing
* Maintain and grow existing accounts and generate new business, especially in sports and entertainment
* Develop account and business strategies for the cluster
* Coordinate sales activities and follow-up
* Support closure of key inquiries with hotel and sales teams
* Develop contracts, manage opportunities, and develop customer solutions
* Coordinate with hotels for site inspections, FAM trips, and updates on accounts
* Work with senior sales leaders on account strategies and opportunities
* Lead ad hoc projects as requested
* Maintain accurate account data and reporting
Revenue Management
* Develop sales strategies with revenue management for assigned accounts
* Partner on pricing strategies and RFPs
* Monitor business outlooks and advise on strategies
