Pay and Training
* Pay Rate: £12.21 - £17.00 per hour
* During Training (the first 4-6 weeks) - £12.21 per hour
* After Training: Weekdays - £12.50 first 7 months, rising to £17.00 from 8 months.
* After Training: Saturday / Sunday and after 8pm - uplift of £1.00 per hour.
* Pay rates reviewed via frequent pay negotiations.
* Fully paid training to obtain PCV licence through Arriva Training School (training generally lasts about 4 weeks, at the Luton depot) with a mentor for subsequent weeks.
Hours Of Work
* 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6-8 weeks in advance
* Mornings starting from 04:00, Afternoons starting from 12:00 and Evenings from 18:00 on a rotational basis
* Overtime available on request/availability
Qualifications
* Must be over 18 years of age
* Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months
* No more than 6 points on your licence
* Can pass a drug and alcohol test
* Great people and customer service skills
* Flexibility to work shifts
