Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both reactive and proactive maintenance across the site, ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner and to the highest standards.
The role will involve the installation, maintenance, improvement and repair of all plant and equipment ensuring production efficiency can be met within a safe well-presented facility. Respond to technical issues affecting production and maintain electrical and mechanical services through Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).

* Promptly responding to technical issues affecting production.
* Delivering both electrical and mechanical services through effective Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
* Supporting a safe, efficient, and well-presented facility at all times.
* Driving continuous improvement in engineering performance across the site.
About You:
* Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Attributes
* A minimum of 5 years Electrical and/or Mechanical maintenance experience within high volume manufacturing environment
* Proven mechanical skills and experience
* 18th Edition (Electrical)
* Knowledge of PLCs/Control panel diagnostics and schematic drawings (Electrical)
* Strong computer literacy
* Highly organised with strong planning & time management ability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of people
* Proven problem solving skills, initiative and enthusiasm with a desire to get things done
* The ability to work calmly under pressure
