As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be an integral part of our Commercial team, supporting the delivery of highway maintenance work. Your responsibilities will include: Managing subcontractor tasks including procurement, payments, change control, task orders, and work-in-progress. Pricing work and negotiating costs with clients, attending meetings as necessary. Preparing monthly reports, including CVRs, revenue claims, and debt/WiP management. Contributing to commercial forecasting based on the client’s annual budgets. Providing support and guidance to junior team members. What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you: Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. Bring experience from a commercial or highways background. Understand the Highways Method of Measurement and how to price highway work. Can manage large volumes of data and subcontractor relationships. Have solid contract knowledge, especially with NEC contracts and various options. Rewards and Benefits
