About This Role
As an Independent Financial Adviser, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, delivering tailored financial advice based on a clear understanding of their individual circumstances and objectives. You will ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining regular contact and providing ongoing support.
* Play an active role in developing new client relationships to grow the Financial Services offering within the region.
* Manage workload to meet targets and deadlines, maintain accurate records using XPlan.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support referrals and deliver joined-up client solutions.
* Maintain a high level of organisation, attention to detail, professionalism, and ongoing development of financial planning knowledge.
