Financial Administrator
Gloucester | Office-based | 2040 hours
A growing Financial Planning firm based in Gloucester is looking for a Financial Administrator to support its advisers and paraplanning team.
This role will initially be offered on a 6-month temporary basis, with the intention for it to become permanent. Hours are flexible (between 2040 per week), and can be wroked around school hours the role is fully office-based.
The Role
1. Providing general financial services administration support
2. Supporting advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day case progression
3. Processing new business applications and chasing through to completion
4. Ensuring client files meet compliance and record-keeping standards
5. Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate client records
6. Handling incoming calls and emails professionally
What Theyre Looking For
7. Previous administration experience within financial services (essential)
8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
9. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
10. Reliable, professional, and comfortable working as part of an office-based team
11. No seniority required, suitable for someone with solid admin experience
Package & Working Pattern
12. 6-month temporary contract with intent to go permanent
13. Flexible hours: 35 days per week (2040 hours)
14. Fully office-based role in Gloucester
15. Salary dependent on experience
