Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
Location: Near Morden, South London
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and highly regarded property team that prides itself on delivering exceptional client service.
This position is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 1 year of experience handling their own residential property caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership schemes
* Help to Buy and Right to Buy purchases
* Deeds of variation and lease extensions
