Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager / Regional Lister to play a central role in generating new business across the Llandudno region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on winning instructions, carrying out accurate valuations, and managing the day‑to‑day operations of a busy sales department. You will be instrumental in strengthening client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring the smooth running of the sales process from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities.
* Conduct professional, accurate property valuations and secure new instructions.
* Manage day‑to‑day sales operations to ensure an efficient and high‑performing department.
* Support and oversee the sales progression process, ensuring excellent communication with clients.
* Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with vendors, buyers and local partners.
* Maintain detailed knowledge of the local property market and upcoming opportunities.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise performance and achieve targets.
* Produce reports, forecasts and insights to support business planning.
* Uphold the company’s reputation for exceptional service and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in property sales, valuations and business generation.
* Strong negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and support a busy sales operation.
* Good understanding of the North Wales property market and relevant regulations.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
* Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
* Relevant real estate certifications are advantageous.
* Competence with digital tools, CRM systems and modern property technology.
