Your Role
* Provide tailored 1:1 support and lead small group interventions (EYFS-KS2)
* Assist pupils with SEN within the classroom setting
* Work alongside teachers and parents to enhance learning and progress
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience working with children (SEN background desirable)
* Genuine passion for supporting pupil development
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexible, positive approach to challenges
