Warehouse Supervisor – Temp to Perm

£14.00 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Newstaff Milton Keynes has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative looking to take the next step in their career, or for an existing Warehouse Supervisor seeking a new challenge within a fast-paced distribution business based in Milton Keynes.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with a growing company that values hard work, initiative, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing customer orders
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Using internal computer systems to input customer details
* Printing labels and preparing shipments
* Chasing customer invoices and supporting administrative tasks
* Using pick sheets to accurately fulfil orders
* Pulling cages and preparing pallets for dispatch
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
* Supporting colleagues and assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations
* Helping to coordinate workflow and ensure operational efficiency
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have previous warehouse experience
* Have supervisory experience or be ready to progress into a supervisory role
* Be confident using a PC and warehouse systems
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team
* Have excellent organisational and communication skills
* Be proactive and able to think outside the box when solving problems
* Be reliable, hardworking, and willing to support other team members when required
