Description
* Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
* Maintain and update payroll records to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Ensure all statutory deductions are calculated and submitted correctly.
* Prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist in implementing payroll process improvements where needed.
* Adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards in all payroll activities
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
* Previous experience in payroll processing or a related field.
* A strong understanding of payroll systems and procedures.
* Knowledge of applicable payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Job Offer
