The Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. We are open on seniority and sector focus – whether your expertise lies in fundraising, marketing & communications, or finance, we want to hear from you.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a growing business, with the autonomy to shape your market and the support of a highly collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Develop your chosen market (fundraising, marcomms, or finance)
* Contribute to the wider success of the team – we all pitch in
* Deliver a high-quality, consultative service aligned with our values
About You
* Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the charity or not-for-profit sector, or experience in the charity and not-for-profit sector directly.
* Experience recruiting in fundraising, marketing & communications, or finance is highly desirable
* Passionate about the charity and not-for-profit space
* Self-motivated, driven, and proactive
* A team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment
* Willing to get stuck in and support across the business where needed
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
