Description
Provide support to month end process
Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports
Managing accounts payable, ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner
Supporting the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
Reconciling bank statements and conducting financial audits
Preparing financial statements and reports for senior management
Assisting colleagues with ad-hoc financial tasks as requiredProfile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Bookkeeping experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
