About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys varied administrative work and is confident handling documents and general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Scanning and filing documents accurately
Maintaining organised digital and paper records
Data entry and updating internal systems
Answering telephone and email enquiries
General administrative support to the team
Assisting with other ad-hoc office duties as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Good organisational and time management skills
A professional and friendly manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
