VANRATH is working in partnership with one of Northern Ireland's most reputable commercial vehicle dealerships to assist in the recruitment of a Customer Service Agent.

Role Overview:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and helpful support from initial enquiry through to job completion
2. Maintain and update vehicle service records and schedule reminders to ensure proactive customer engagement
3. Coordinate with internal systems to manage bookings for vehicle inspections and maintain database accuracy
4. Generate and assign workshop job cards, track job progress, and support the workshop with accurate information
5. Assist with the completion of job documentation and invoicing processes
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular service follow-ups and outbound communication
7. Prepare and issue service quotes, particularly in relation to maintenance packages and contract agreements
8. Work closely with the Workshop Foreman to support daily planning and ensure service efficiency
9. Notify customers of any additional work required, provide clear cost estimates, and gain approval before proceeding
10. Deliver clear post-service communication, outlining completed work and coordinating vehicle collection or delivery
About You:
11. Experience in a customer service or service advisory role, ideally within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
12. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
13. A proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
14. High attention to detail with solid organisational skills
15. Full UK driving licence required
