Job Description
The Finance Business Partner will report to the Head of FP&A, and will play a key role in delivering financial insight, supporting strategy and partnering with leaders across commercial, operational and functional teams. Responsibilities include:
3. Leading budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes
4. Delivering monthly performance packs, KPIs and variance analysis
5. Supporting commercial initiatives, business cases and scenario modelling
6. Challenging assumptions, identifying risks and opportunities
7. Ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial reporting
8. Building strong relationships across operations, supply chain, sales and HR
9. Presenting insight and recommendations to senior leadership
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
10. Full Professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
11. Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering within a manufacturing environment.
12. Strong analytical and modelling skills, with confident Excel/BI capability
13. Ability to simplify complex data and communicate insight clearly
14. Strong stakeholder skills with the confidence to challenge constructively
15. Experience within a manufacturing or product‑led environment
16. A proactive, commercially minded and solutions‑oriented approach
