Job Title: Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer Location: Lisburn, NI Salary: £70k 80k depending on certification and experience level. The ideal Senior commissioning engineer will have a minimum of 5 years experience heading up commissioning teams and a strong background in Tridium, and or Schneider systems. You will be responsible for commissioning highly complex BMS projects, while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high system integration standards. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, point schedules, des ops and control logic to ensure correct implementation of the design specification. The ideal candidate will also have the willingness and ability to work with the teams developing the strategy and the customer solution. Ability to code within the Tridium and / or Schneider environments. Ability to create graphics to fit the control application. Support on-site installation teams with technical guidance and commissioning requirements. Conduct thorough functional performance tests and produce detailed and comprehensive commissioning reports, followed by client team witnessing skills. Collaborate with project managers and consultants. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Requirements: Certified and experienced working with Tridium workbench, and or Schneider workstation. Strong understanding of BMS control principles, HVAC systems, and integration with other building services. Excellent working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Good understanding of IP networking. Experienced in controlling 3rd party equipment with both analogue and digital high level interfaces. Excellent project management and organisation skills Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Full UK driving licence Self Driven Good problem solving ability which will include lateral thinking.
