We’re seeking a Vice President, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/KYC Manager II to join our Markets Product Onboarding team in Manchester, with a hybrid work model.
In this role, you will:
1. Manage a team responsible for advising clients or supporting onboarding, transition, and conversion projects.
2. Oversee team performance, coaching, and project management, setting priorities aligned with business goals.
3. Serve as the primary contact for our Markets business partners in the UK and EMEA region.
4. Develop and implement standard operating procedures, track results, and create team metrics and dashboards.
5. Allocate resources across multiple Markets products to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance.
6. Act as the primary contact for UK and EMEA regulatory requirements related to onboarding (e.g., CASS, MiFID).
7. Handle escalations for complex issues.
8. Coordinate with product, technology, and client service teams for seamless operations.
9. Recruit, motivate, and develop staff, resolving complex onboarding issues and fostering professional growth.
10. Manage financial resources, focusing on short-term goals.
To succeed, candidates should have:
1. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. 10-12 years of total work experience, with 3-5 years in management preferred.
3. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required.
