Are you a Design Engineer with experience in water mist systems looking for a new opportunity with a well-established company launching a new division?
We are currently working with a market-leading company that delivers complex fire protection and security solutions. They design, supply, install, test, and maintain a wide range of systems, including sprinklers, gas suppression, fire detection, and integrated security.
In this role, you will play a key part in the design and programming of water mist systems, working on a variety of projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop coordinated water mist system designs in line with client requirements and other service disciplines.
2. Support the design programme and ensure alignment with construction schedules and specification requirements.
3. Prepare and issue completion documents and certification.
4. Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams to obtain all design information.
5. Attend site meetings independently when required.
6. Produce detailed working drawings using relevant design codes, including hydraulic calculations.
