If so, look no further… Oakfield Estate Agents are recruiting for a Lettings Accounts Administrator to join our busy and friendly Accounts Department based in St Leonards.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive team in a well-established, reputable estate agency.
About the Role
As a Lettings Accounts Administrator, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of our lettings accounts processes.
Every day will bring new challenges — from managing daily banking and maintaining ledgers, to helping ensure our landlords and tenants receive accurate and timely financial information.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with daily banking and reconciliations
* Helping to maintain and organise landlord and tenant ledgers
* Supporting the team with income reports and spreadsheets
* Organising and checking receipts, charges, and payments
* Providing administrative support across the accounts department
* Helping with move-ins and tenancy-related financial tasks when required
You'll be working alongside a supportive and experienced team who will guide you as you develop your knowledge and skills within property accounts.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Committed and reliable, with a positive and proactive attitude
* Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
* A great team player who also shows initiative
Previous experience in an accounts or property-related role is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right person.
