* Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
* Contract Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
* Support classroom teaching across all key stages.
* Work closely with teachers to implement personalised learning strategies.
* Provide one-on-one support for students with specific learning needs.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.
* Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience as an HLTA or in a similar educational support role is desirable
* A passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a team.
