Role Overview
The Integrated Producer leads in the conversion of ideas to execution, translating all the key deliverables into a practical, cost efficient plan across a versatile range of formats including online and social media. Their primary focus will be working within the branded content section of the business across a range of channels and formats (e.g. digital, streaming, social) and working across multiple accounts delivering several projects concurrently working closely alongside our commercial, account management, creative and media teams.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Team Development:
* Partner with the Account Management, Finance, Commercial, Creatives and wider production team, in particular the Production Executive and Head of Production, to ensure the highest standards of production quality and processes.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
Project Management & Strategic Support
* Oversee production processes, translating creative ideas into detailed production plans and working with other departments and external partners to bring these to life, ensuring timely and efficient execution across both UK and international shoots.
* Working closely with creatives and podcast producers, account management and other production team members to drive the production process; including but not limited to support on project kick-off meetings, talent contracting, production logistics and cost management
* Ensure production schedules and workflows align with strategic goals and changing business needs.
* Deliver detailed reports and updates when needed to senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Provide innovative solutions to production management problems and improve delivery standards and efficiency with ways of working
* Identify risks early and problem-solve in real-time to ensure seamless delivery.
Budgeting, Cost Control & Resource Management
* Own budget scoping, timeline creation, and resource planning for each project you work on - working with the commercial team to balance quality with commercial viability.
* Manage and track costs, supplier invoices, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial targets.
* Oversee resource management and scheduling for branded projects to optimise production efficiency.
* Ensure adherence to company systems and standards at all times
Compliance & Process Improvement
* Ensure compliance with production protocols, health and safety standards, and insurance requirements.
* Implement robust processes and controls to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
Freelancer & Stakeholder Management
* Book and manage freelance support, including drafting freelancer agreements and overseeing contracts.
* Bring to the role your own pool of production contacts and freelancers who can be pulled in to support on projects.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients and other external stakeholders (major sports organisations and brand partners) to ensure smooth execution of projects, both creative and operational.
Logistics & Coordination
* Oversee logistics, including travel, accommodation, visas, permits, props, kit hire, and fixers (both in the UK and abroad).
* Ensure all production documentation (call sheets, RAMS, releases etc.) are completed to a high standard and in line with company practices.
About You
* Deep budgeting and cost management knowledge and expertise across projects of varying levels of complexity and value.
* Comprehensive and proven knowledge and experience with excel and other cost tracking and PO generation tools.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets end-to-end from initial scope through reconciliation.
* Proven experience producing branded content campaigns across YouTube and Social Media.
* Demonstrable experience liaising with external stakeholders and clients and an understanding of the professional standard required.
* Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to communicate complex delivery needs to both technical and non-technical teams.
* Proficient in managing multiple, fast-moving projects at once.
