The Role
You will provide first-line support to the Centre Management Team and be the initial contact point for occupiers and stakeholders of the Shopping Centre and associated buildings. This diverse role involves engaging with various internal and external stakeholders and requires proficiency across multiple business systems. You will manage the day-to-day financial administration and support budget management across the estate.

Our well-connected location offers an easy commute from across London, just a 5-minute walk from Kingston Station, with frequent trains from London Waterloo, Clapham Junction, and Wimbledon. Multiple bus routes serve the area, and on-site parking, cycle lanes, and pedestrian access make commuting convenient.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Administration
* Provide management accounts with commentary and exception reports to assist decision-making
* Administer the computerized accounts system (Portal), ensuring timely processing of purchase orders and invoices, maintaining compliance
* Support management with analysis, payment queries, and reporting for property management and audits
* Assist in producing the year-end budget pack with analysis for audits
* Support budget formulation with expenditure analysis
* Coordinate order production, liaising with finance on invoice processing and inter-company charges
* Support procurement activities, including supplier setup and contract adherence
* Maintain expenditure tracking and contribute to weekly operational meetings
Occupier Liaison
* Maintain professional relationships with tenants, partners, and stakeholders
* Enhance customer engagement using BL:Comm and other communication channels
* Produce newsletters and updates for occupiers
* Keep contact details updated and support data collection from occupiers
Compliance Administration
* Monitor health & safety compliance platforms and renewal dates
* Schedule contractor visits and organize access permits
* Process compliance documentation and support report production
Sustainability & Community
* Record energy and waste data on web systems
* Work with community initiatives and record activities on Thrive platform
Administrative Support
* Perform routine admin tasks: calls, meetings, post, queries
* Undertake ad-hoc projects as needed
Essential Skills
* Experience with financial accounts, reconciliation, and budgeting
* Strong numerical skills
* High digital literacy and quick learner of new platforms
* Attention to detail
* Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
* Ability to interpret business data
* Ability to meet deadlines with quality output
* Effective communicator
* Confidence to work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
