Multi-Site Swim School Manager
Edinburgh | Pool | Permanent Contract | Part Time | Up to £28,788.15 pro rata depending on experience plus benefits

As a Swim Manager at our clubs, you’ll need to have an ASA or STA Level 2 qualification or be an experienced manager with a track record of delivering commercial targets. You should be passionate about helping multiple generations to swim, possess team working skills, and have an infectious enthusiasm that inspires everyone you work with.
As a Swim Manager, you will:
* Ensure clients, whether beginners or experienced swimmers, enjoy their time at our pools through your passion and enthusiasm for swimming.
* Report directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager as part of the Management Team.
* Be fully responsible for swim class programming within the centre, including management, governance, and active selling of the swim classes timetable.
* Drive continual improvement of site standards with internal swim instructors.
* Act as a role model for responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members.
* Ensure the Swim Team delivers excellent service to all members.
* Support other departments in understanding all aspects of the swim programme.
* Manage and promote swim programmes across multiple site venues, including Children’s Group Swimming Lessons (Swim School, Preschool & Parent and Child), 1:1 lessons for children and adults, and other related services. Innovate and support the evolving swim proposition to achieve budgeted revenue.
