**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, leading and inspiring the team to achieve their full potential. Your main areas of responsibility will include:
* Managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity
* Leading and developing a team of retail professionals
* Monitoring KPIs and making data-driven decisions
* Developing and implementing plans to improve sales and customer satisfaction
