The School and Role
A welcoming primary school is seeking a dedicated Year 1 Class Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, maintain high standards of behaviour, and support pupils’ academic and personal development. The class includes some pupils with SEN, so experience supporting additional needs and adapting learning would be ideal. The role requires someone who can create a positive and inclusive classroom environment while working collaboratively with staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
Requirements:
The successful Teacher will have:
1. Experience of working with primary school aged children.
2. Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
3. A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
4. An ability to work as part of a team.
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
6. The ability to plan and deliver differentiated learning.
