About Fire Service College
Capita – Fire Service College trains the next generation of firefighters. The College is one of the world’s leading organisations for fire prevention, protection and response, offering dedicated, accredited training for emergency service professionals and commercial and public‑sector clients.
What you’ll be doing
* Carrying out lifeguarding duties and delivering swimming lessons if required
* Running the centre reception desk including dealing with customer queries
* Membership administration
* Cleaning the centre
* First‑aid support
* Supporting the delivery of events held in the sports centre such as pool parties and children’s parties, including any required planning
* Supporting large‑scale events on site; advance notice will be provided
What we’re looking for
* Preferred experience within the Leisure and/or Events industry or another suitable role
* Interest in sport and the leisure industry
* Ability to work in a team and independently
* Competent swimmer
* Flexibility to work shifts
