As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.

We’re seeking a Senior Operations Manager – Productivity & Performance to elevate our Supply Chain capabilities and drive excellence across service, quality, and cost. This newly created role is a key part of our senior leadership team and will be instrumental in shaping the future of our network performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a roadmap for network optimisation aligned with business growth.
2. Drive initiatives that enhance speed, quality, and cost-efficiency across the supply chain.
3. Partner with Procurement, Logistics, IT, and Operations to identify and implement performance improvements.
4. Facilitate workshops and reviews to align teams and solve performance challenges.
5. Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress and identify opportunities.
6. Deliver clear, actionable reports and updates to senior leadership.
7. Build a flexible, high-performing supply chain that adapts to seasonal and market changes.
8. Design sustainable solutions that eliminate repeat defects and build long-term capacity.
Person Specification:
9. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
10. 5–10 years in leadership roles within Supply Chain performance or planning.
11. Proven success in retail, omnichannel, or FMCG environments.
12. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

13. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
14. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
15. High energy, self-starter attitude with a collaborative mindset.
16. Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive results at speed.
17. Hands-on approach with sound business judgment.
18. Experience with P&L responsibility.
19. Familiarity with tools like Data Guru, Supply Chain Guru, SAP APO/IBP.
20. Track record of delivering measurable improvements in cost, quality, and speed.
