NOTE: The role is based within a prison. Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced security vetting process.

Every day on our HMPPS contract offers new challenges! As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting prisoners' rehabilitation by working with a diverse team.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Leading a team of prisoners in a warehouse environment, with hands-on involvement in picking and packing
* Reconciling stock levels within the warehouse (located at the prison)
* Managing the timely and accurate dispatch of orders to inmates
* Meeting and exceeding operational targets
REQUIREMENTS:
* Three years of UK address history (mandatory for security clearance)
* Ability to work within a prison environment alongside inmates
* Understanding of warehouse processes
* Strong communication skills across all levels
* Basic computer literacy
