The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation committed to building a sustainable environment. As part of our evolving People Team, you’ll be joining at a pivotal moment as we roll out our new People and Business strategy designed to enable growth and elevate member experience. If you're passionate about driving meaningful change and building strong relationships across the North Geography, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.
1. As a People Partner, you’ll work at the heart of the North Geography, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver our people strategy and enhance the experience of our members.
2. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a strategic thinker, and a collaborative partner who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
3. If you’re motivated by enabling high‑performing teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and turning strategy into practical, meaningful action, this could be your next great move.
4. You’ll support the leadership teams across 3 key diverse business areas in the North: Climate and Sustainability Services, Property, Science and Industry, and Advisory, enabling our teams to thrive and deliver a positive impact for our clients and local communities.
5. Support the delivery of projects within the Geography and broader UKIMEA Region aligned with the business and people strategy in partnership with the People Partner – North Geography.
6. Coach, influence and constructively challenge leaders to improve performance and make data-informed decisions.
7. Own the delivery of cyclical People programmes (e.g. salary reviews, talent and succession planning, appraisals, early careers).
8. Translate region-wide People strategy into clear, actionable plans for local teams.
9. Partner with Global Centres of Expertise (COEs) to lead people-related projects and support Wellbeing and CEI strategies.
10. Share insight, best practice and learning across the People Team to strengthen our collective impact.
