We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join a welcoming early years setting in High Wycombe, starting ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting children in their first years of formal education.

As a Nursery Teacher, you will plan and deliver play-based and structured activities that support children’s learning and development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging nursery activities in line with EYFS
* Support children’s personal, social, emotional, and communication development
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
* Work 1:1 or with small groups as needed
* Promote positive behaviour and routines
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
* Collaborate with nursery support staff and colleagues
* Maintain a safe, organised, and stimulating learning environment
* Follow safeguarding, health, and safety policies
* Contribute to staff meetings and professional development
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
* Hold QTS or Early Years teaching qualification
* Have experience working in nursery or EYFS settings
* Be nurturing, patient, and child-centred
* Be creative, organised, and reflective in practice
* Have strong communication and teamwork skills
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
