Corporate Solicitor, NQ+, Cheshire, To c£55,000 (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor to develop exposure to a broad range of corporate work within a supportive and collaborative environment. JOB REF:4286

\nTHE ROLE:
\n• You will be responsible for a varied corporate caseload to include Mergers and acquisitions, Corporate governance and advisory work and general corporate and commercial contracts
\n• You will also support more senior lawyers on complex transactions
\n• Managing client relationships and contributing to the delivery of a high-quality client service
\n• You will work closely with colleagues across the team, gaining hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop your technical and commercial skills.

\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with up to 3 Years PQE.
\n• You will be a strong team player with excellent client management and communication skills
\n• Technically strong, with excellent drafting ability and sound commercial awareness
\n• You will be proactive, organised and detail-focused, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks
