Residential Care Home - Dementia & Mental Health
We're looking for a creative and caring Activities Coordinator to join a friendly care team. You'll plan and deliver engaging activities that promote well-being for residents with dementia and mental health needs.
Key Duties:
* Organise and lead meaningful daily activities
* Encourage participation and social interaction
* Maintain records and support individual needs
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience with elderly or dementia care
* Friendly, enthusiastic, and organised
