The Role and Responsibilities
EnerMech currently have an opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join the Lifting Solutions business line based in Aberdeen. This is an ongoing long term contract role. This is a varied role which includes making technical reviews of customer enquiries to determine their requirements. You will provide technical knowledge, support and advice on our product range as well as developing and maintaining strong working relationships for key accounts. You will process hires and sales and manage orders through to dispatch including administration tasks. Other main responsibilities will include the following:
* To source, manage and report the supply of new spares to the client
* To manage and expedite the refurbishment of any client owned spares
* Provide status reports of all spares to EnerMech and Client crane support personnel
The Requirements
It is essential that you have knowledge of procurement /supplier interfaces, and knowledge of dangerous goods. You will also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Works packages. It is preferred that the successful candidate has knowledge of cranes/crane components. Knowledge of Maintenance Managements Systems is also preferred.
