A fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician to join LiNa Energy, a disruptive clean-tech battery technology company,
whose ambition is to significantly contribute to achieving global net-zero targets
LiNa Energy has installed a pilot line in Lancaster which will form the basis of an aggressive scale up plan to bring low cost sodium cells to the market as quickly and as cheaply as possible. We are looking for a hands on individual, keen to work in a renewable energy start up through developing meaningful technologies.
This role is full-time and is based at our science facility in the centre of Lancaster.
Work with the Manufacturing team to operate LiNa’s state of the art electrolyte line
Metal Preparation, Sintering and quality checks
Work with the manufacturing team to implement appropriate operational solutions to improve quality and throughput
Production of suspensions for screen printing
Understand and adherence to chemical and laboratory work safety principles, operational efficiency, and delivery
4+ Years Industrial experience in production, ideally working with ceramics or furnaces
~ Degree in a scientific field
