Are you ready to take the next step in your education career?We are looking for a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive and dynamic team from September 2025.
As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality education and occasionally leading whole-class sessions.
What We're Looking For:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
* Proven ability to support and deliver learning across key stages.
* Confidence to lead lessons in the absence of a teacher.
* Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
* A positive, flexible and proactive attitude.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Supporting classroom learning in collaboration with teachers.
* Planning and delivering tailored interventions.
* Covering classes when required.
* Supporting pupils with varying needs to achieve their potential.
* Assisting in the preparation of resources and assessment of pupil progress.
