General Manager - Casual Dining
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus bonus
A vibrant casual dining brand in the heart of Birmingham is looking for an experienced, people-focused General Manager to take full ownership of the site. Known for quality food, stylish surroundings and a strong team culture, this is a business with personality and pace. They need a confident operator who can lead from the front and deliver commercially.
The role:
* Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
* Take full responsibility for day-to-day operations and overall site performance
* Drive sales growth and manage the full P&L
* Create a guest-first culture that delivers consistent, high standards
* Protect and elevate brand standards while bringing fresh energy and ideas
The person:
* Proven experience as a General Manager within hospitality
* Genuinely passionate about people - both guests and teams
* Strong commercial awareness with a hands‑on leadership style
* Solid track record of managing a P&L and consistently achieving targets
* Experience within branded environments - independent experience advantageous
* Established GM who can step in and make an immediate impact
