Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester Needed in Warwickshire:
1. Location: Leamington Spa
2. Salary: Basic salary up to £34,000 depending on skills, qualifications and experience
3. OTE: Potential to earn circa £40,000
4. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm (no weekends)
Our client, a well-established and reputable Main Dealer Group, is expanding and looking for a Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester. They are open to considering Level 2 or 3 qualified Technicians, including those without Main Dealer experience, who are eager to progress with a manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:
12. Carry out routine vehicle service and maintenance, inspecting components for wear and tear, and documenting all findings.
13. Test potentially faulty parts, diagnosing any issues, and resolving faults.
14. Support internal departments in the preparation and maintenance of new cars, used cars, or loan vehicles.
15. Work closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge.
16. Able to complete heavy repairs effectively and efficiently - Engine work, gearboxes, clutches, cambelts etc.
Requirements:
17. Level 3 or equivalent Light Vehicle Maintenance qualified.
18. Technicians without Main Dealer experience who are looking to progress with a manufacturer are welcome.
19. High standards of vehicle maintenance and servicing.
20. Strong diagnostic skills and problem-solving abilities.
21. Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.
