A highly regarded primary school in Everton (L3) is seeking a Specialist Behavioural Support Assistant to join its KS1 team from January 2026. This position is initially temporary; however, the Headteacher intends to offer a permanent contract in the next academic year, subject to a successful probationary period.

About the Role
As a committed support professional, you will work with children experiencing behavioural and emotional challenges as they transition back into full-time education. Your role will involve providing one-to-one or small group support, helping pupils to re-engage with the school environment. Close collaboration with the Class Teacher, SENCo, and parents will be essential in developing tailored strategies to meet each child’s individual needs.
