We’re recruiting Co-Pack Operatives to join a friendly and busy team in Wellingborough. This is a hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same — ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team. What You’ll Be Doing Labelling products accurately Packing and repacking items Wrapping pallets and preparing goods for dispatch General warehouse duties Keeping work areas clean and organised Working on your feet throughout the shift What We’re Looking For Reliable and punctual individuals Good attention to detail Comfortable being on foot all day Positive attitude and team-player mindset Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Important Requirement Some products handled on site may contain nuts and other allergens, so applicants must not have food allergies.
